Submit a Complaint

In our efforts to provide professional and courteous service to individuals who have become delinquent in repaying their debts and while striving to work towards keeping with our commitment to maintain high ethical standards, we have created a Compliant Resolution Program.

If a consumer has a complaint it can be submitted on-line below. Once submitted, you will receive an email from Vandenberg, Chase and Associates acknowledging receipt of your complaint.

The complaint is forwarded to our Compliance Department, where the complaint is investigated internally. VCA will review all account and phone records as well as obtain a formal statement from the collection representative. Upon conclusion of our investigation we address the situation accordingly.

It is our intention to reach an amicable resolution to satisfy your grievance, answer any questions you may have as well as bring about a mutually satisfactory repayment arrangement to settle your indebtedness.  If you wish to speak to someone immediately, please feel free to contact us and ask to speak to someone in our Compliance Department.
